Exchange Policy

We hope that we have given you sufficient information regarding our products. Playdead has an "exchange only" policy that can only be processed under the following conditions:

  1. You recieved the wrong order - you have not received the item(s) listed in your confirmation email.
    (This will be emailed to you after you order)
  2. Wrong size - must be returned via prepaid shipping.
  3. You are not 100% satisfied with the product - must be returned via prepaid shipping.

If any one of the above instances should occur, email us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Returned merchandise must arrive back at Playdead no more than 20 days from the time you received your order. All returns must be in 100% new condition, not worn, nor washed and all tags in place and if an item was individually packaged (ex.wristband packs), it must not be opened. Please ensure returned items are packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. The item(s) chosen to replace returned goods must be of equal or greater value. Sorry, no refunds. Please note that we do not accept exchanges on any underwear or socks.
